Individual Pods should be able to be "Locked" by Host and also in Template meetings so that content cannot be changed (even by Hosts if Template pod is locked).
This would allow pre-determined approved content to be shown in lobby's, disclaimers and assessment/evaluations, as well as prevent in certain pods from being changed when it is intended to remain the same every time for compliance and control reasons.

It would be extremely useful to be able to restrict presenter rights. Many of our clients need the ability to communicate in the "Presenter only area", but should not have the additional rights granted to them automatically since they do not need to "present" anything. Many times our clients do not have the ability to learn the ins and outs of the adobe connect platform and just want the ability to communicate privately in the presenter only area, but can cause problems if they accidentally type or click in the non-presenter area during a session.

Tags: I would like to have a test/quiz pod available that would tie into the course arm of the Training module.
I am aware that Presenter allows for quizzes to be built (as does Captivate) however sometimes these items are more than is needed. It would be a good improvement.
I would imagine that you could add it to the Virtual Classroom type.
I can see many uses for it, it will give us another option to make Connect the best online training platform

Tags: I would like to suggest a web based portal where we can enter our case numbers (for issues that we call in like missing content, pods behaving badly etc...) and get a status update on the Connect Central portal or on the Adobe support page.
This way I can save time since I can track the issue, the system could email me when work has been done (similar to the emails that are generated now when a case is closed or followed up on)

Tags: It would be nice if participants in a meeting room can view the shared screen in full size but still have the chat pods viewable. Even when a participant clicks the Change View to Zoom, if the host moves their cursor, it moves the participants' view rather than staying static, so even a way to prevent the participant's view from shifting would be good. Thank you.

Tags: administration folder subfolder Add the ability for administrators to create folders for Seminar rooms. Since Seminars are, by nature, shared, it's likely that they're used by different groups for different purposes. It seems only natural to organize seminar instances or meetings into sub folders under the Seminar license. Essentially, Seminars should mirror the way that Meetings are administered.

Tags: Please consider adding the option for an additional field for folks to login as guest into an Adobe meeting. For example, guest from external companies may be required to enter in their company's name. This added field should be visible on the list of folks attending and should be available for any attendance reports.

Tags: limitedadministrator reports Limited Administrators currently have access to Connect reports, but only the system and user reports. In order for a Limited Admin to access, say, meeting reports, they have to be made part of the Meeting Host group.
The issue is that the Limited Admin will now have access to meeting folders and content which they should not have.
It would be ideal to offer Limited Admins the option to access the Connect reports without having to add them to the system groups. This could be controlled via users and groups as are the rest of the Limited Admin permissions - have checkboxes like so:
- Access to reports
-- Meeting
-- Content
-- Training
-- System
-- etc
Admins can then grant access as required.

Tags: I like to suggest that the whiteboard drawing tools work in layers similar to the other Adobe tools. If we could add just a bit of the drawing tools, layers and controls to those whiteboards they (the whiteboards) would be so much more useful.
I would love to be able to build layered slides on whiteboards on the fly instead of building them in PPT, AI or FW and then sharing them...and then turning on the rights to be able to use them.
If I do this now...then the other users can mess with what I put on the slide. If I could lock all of that into place, that would be great!

Tags: I would like to suggest that the Q&A pod be available for use in breakout rooms...that way the same pod could allow the instructor to collect all questions from all the rooms in use. This way the instructor could answer those questions to all participants while the audience is split amongst the rooms.
