We need the ability to Private Chat and not hurt the participant experience. We cater to a subscription based audience and don't want them to see/suspect that a chat is going on "behind their back" with multiple presenters.

There needs to be a hot key that will pause the screen. This will allow the host to pause the screen without the participant being aware that it's been paused. Currently, the host has to select pause from a dropdown, so the participant sees this action when screen sharing is happening - or they see a greyed out box when an application is being shared. Both inform the participants that something is going on. A hot key would make this seamless and secret from a participants point of view. This is a functionality offered by GTM. Adobe needs to add this to be more competitive with sales products like GTM.

Need the ability --- to Pause / Pull / Switch screens – In GoTo Meeting , there is a simple pause button that allows their users to navigate to the next screen, application or document in a seamless manner with no “loading” occurring between pages

True – Adobe has a pause and annotate button – but it falls short for the requirement – and the majority of users are “one screen or remote” users.

GoTo Webinar has a control panel that always comes to the forefront while in a desktop share.

It would be great if Adobe had a pop out "Presenter Only" area that attendees could not see -- so presenters could still chat "offline", view attendees, view Q/A, and launch a poll while presenting a desktop or in full screen mode.

Allowing participants to register for a series of sessions by clicking one “REGISTER” link. For example, if a company is hosting a series of webinars the user only needs to register for one to receive information for the entire series.

It would be useful to have a customizable log-in screen i.e. rather than offering only a "GUEST" option and "USERNAME/PASSWORD" option -- administrators could create customized log-in fields such as: First Name, Last Name, Company. All entering attendees must fill out the information -- this helps link more detailed information to reporting.

Ideally, admins would be able to do this without using the registration tool since not all sessions require pre-registration -- yet acurately tracking who attended is important.

When pulling reports from events that use the registration module -- allow for richer report pulls. Reports that sync whether or not a person attended with the questions they asked and poll responses. This creates one unified piece of data from the attendee. Scouring reports to match up whether they attended, what questions they asked, and how the voted in a poll is tedious. GoTo Webinar has this function in post-call reporting.

Create a SUBMIT button on the polls -- viewers are often confused about whether or not their vote was captured. The confusion causes viewers to click around the poll answers "testing" the poll to see if it works. Sometimes this answers an unintended response.

We would like Adobe Connect to support the native upload of files from Excel, Word or Open Office format. Today we have to convert them in pdf using Acrobat or use Flash Paper

A pod that allows a host/presenter to see whether meeting participants have the meeting window in 'focus'. Ideally, these metrics would be compiled at the end of the session and stored in the DB. So you would see how long a participant attended (already in reporting, time joined, time left), but there would be another field that shows the percentage of time the meeting was in focus. This could help with use cases where participants are required to be present for a certain amount of time before getting credit for attendance.
