Tags: I would like to be able to see account upgrade history & reminders via the admin tab of Central. I think it would be handy to be able to see when which patch was applied to our accounts, when our account is scheduled to be upgraded etc.
I know that we get the pop ups...but if you click "Dont Show Again" before you add it to your calendar you are stuck. This would make it helpful to trackdown any bugs or pinpoint the origin of any post update 'odd behavior' |

It would be beneficial to have the ability to setup a recurrent training in Connect, so the system can be used to deliver CBT or eLearning courses or curriculum to individuals who need to do recurrent training every 1, 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. At this point you must create a separate curriculum/course that has no ties to the previous curriculum/course so the individuals can take the training again. This is a very time consuming process when you have dozens or hundreds of training objects to manage. If there was a way to have people take the training and then open the training back up for them in a give time period, without losing their data from the previous interaction(s), that would be very beneficial in the commercial/government world.

At present, if a user connects by VoIP and experiences problems, we need to advise them to disconnect their audio and then click 'connect my audio' again using chat.
It would be useful if the host could force a user's audio to disconnect and then for the host to trigger the 'connect my audio' dialog for a given user, so they could then reconnect by VoIP / telephone. |

Tags: With the Named Host Licensing Agreement now being enforced in Connect 9, the distinction between Host and Named Host should be made clearer. New users have a very difficult time understanding the difference. The user role assigned in Edit Participants or in the Attendee List should be labeled something different, like Temporary Host, if the person is not a Named Host.

While the reporting features in the Adobe Connect administrator do let you see data about voting in polls, most of our customers
1. don't know how to find that data 2. want it as soon as it comes in, via the Connect interface 3. would prefer it in Excel format It would be really great if there was a "Save to Excel" button in the Poll pod which, when clicked, would create or email an Excel file of all responses to that poll on the fly. It's not too hard to generate a .csv file and give it an .xls extension! |

Tags: It would be nice if someone uploads a file that is not compatible or if the name is already taken to alert the user before the upload starts and not afterwards. I was uploading a very large file and after about 45min it said the upload failed because the name was already taken. Would be much better if it told me that before it uploaded the entire fire.

This would be a cool feature. The poll pod is awesome when trying to gather information from the attendees. Hosts can present the results of each poll by broadcasting the results. What if hosts had an option of presenting the results in the form or a pie or bar chart by selecting how they would like the results broadcasted? I think this might help the host present their findings in a more visually pleasing format (especially for visual learners). |

Tags: chat What if there was a way to - instead of manually selecting a person to chat with from a list (especialy if the DCO session was quite large attendance wise) - have an autocomplete feature where you could just type the name of the person. So, istead of scrolling down a list of 350 people in the attendee pod to find Justin Mattson, you could just type JUST... and it would find the matches and you could select whether you want to chat wiht Justin Mattson or Justin Smith...

Tags: livemeeting meetnow nohost First let me say that LiveMeeting has this capability. I would like to create a link that I can use at any time and send to others to use as well. I'd like it to give whoever uses it instant access to the meeting as host or presenter or whatever role to give them full control. I do not want to have to start the meeting myself. And they shouldn't have to start the meeting, just enter and start working. I'm have a lot of meetings, many side by side and don't go to all of them. I need the teams to be able to enter and begin work whether I'm there, I'm late, or I never show up.
In LiveMeeting I can create a "meet now" link that is always active. I have the choice of distributing an attendee or presenter link. The presenter has full control. Attendees can watch. The billing for the meeting starts when the first person enters and stops when either someone ends the meeting or the last person leaves. |

Individual Pods should be able to be "Locked" by Host and also in Template meetings so that content cannot be changed (even by Hosts if Template pod is locked).
This would allow pre-determined approved content to be shown in lobby's, disclaimers and assessment/evaluations, as well as prevent in certain pods from being changed when it is intended to remain the same every time for compliance and control reasons. |
