I cannot find where this issue has been submitted previously, so I will submit in hopes this problem will be fixed as soon as possible.
I use Adobe Connect on my iPad quite frequently to participate in live presentations and class sessions. The notification bubble indicating the current speaker ( X is speaking ) pops up continuously on the screen, every second or two and it is VERY distracting and quite annoying. I see no way to disable or change this behavior. This bug/feature renders the application near useless to me. Please add an option to turn the notification off or change the notification to be less distracting (bold the speaker's name in the window or something like that). |

I would like to see a cut-off number be set in the Event Module. We often will do a large email blast late in the day and get way over the amount of people we are able to accommodate, and we actually get a very high register vs. attend rate. I would love for us to just have a way to set a limit of registrations so we do not constantly have to be checking our numbers and updating how we are handling any overage.

As we are aware that In-product notification is only available to the Hosted customers as of now. We would love to see this enhancement to be available on the Licensed version too. Licesned customers would be using this functionality for product notifications. To notify users about frequent updates, administrators have to send multiple system maintenance notifications and account-based product notifications simultaneously. For example, an administrator may want to send a breakfix notification to all users in addition to the regular account-based Connect upgrade notifications. Thanks, Ravi Tak |

Having the ability (at least as an option) to record Breakout Sessions would help evaluate effectiveness for training.

Any recorded session that uses breakouts ends up with silence for as long as the breakout is running. Pausing the recording while the breakout is running will ensure listeners don't have to fast forward through the recording trying to work out when the main room audio resumes..
(Before this feature is available I hope the bug will be fixed that actually prevents fast forwarding & editing of recordings that use breakouts). |

Right now the "Registration Confirmation" page reads: "Thank you for your registration request. Your information has been submitted to the event host."
I would like to see this page be changed to something that can be edited and customized based on the host's needs. Right now people that register for our events don't always know they need to check their email account.....and sometimes their spam folders....to gain access to the link to view the training. I understand that some events require approval and this confirmation isn't always immediate and therefore it should be a field that allows admins to create a custom message to the folks that register for events so they know what to expect next. |

When allowing both integrated audio providers and VoiP communication and activating and ending breakout rooms - Allow the same VoiP to Phone/ Phone to VoiP communications to continue between participants in each breakout as are allowed in main meeting.

Allow Hosts to control view of Q&A Chat pod so that Presenters and those given Q&A privileges can see only those questions which have been assigned to them... nothing else.

On the release of Connect 8 I couldn't believe that virtually no work had been done on the "training"part. Are you not mssing a trick here, surely a great many organisations are now looking at e-learning to train staff thanks to the current financial sitiation across the globe. The launch of Captivate 5.5 demonstrates you obviously have a commitment to e-learning but where it thst commitment within Connect 8. Therefore, my "Idea" is simple, upgrade the training part and make Connect the best LMS you can buy.

Provide various layout options for the video pod. In some meetings (such as higher ed classrooms), it would be useful to allow one video stream to be larger than the rest instead of having all of them be the same size. It would also be useful to be able to hide your own video stream from yourself so that you don't have to watch yourself throughout the meeting.
